Hi I have a Seagate barracuda 250GB model ST3250820AS, firmware 3.AAC

It is not recognized by the BIOS and makes a noise that sounds like a beep every ten seconds or so. A couple of minutes after booting up it stops spinning. I want to swap the logic board or do anything else that might help me get my data back. Any help is appreciated
