Hello

in effect of a harddrive crash I need to find a controller for Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB. The drive isn't found in Bios but sounds fine. I tried to replace the controller with an other controller from same product number (P/N) but the chip is different (is a LSI Chip and I need a ST chip, see below).

We have the replacement PCB you are looking for, however, are you sure your PCB is bad?

If your drive sounds normal, you may be facing some other issues other than the damaged PCB.

Before you spend money on the PCB, can you describe what your hard drive is doing with the damaged PCB? Also how your hard drive acted with the replacement PCB you used from the same model drive?

Thanks!
