I'd appreciate any help.

The PCB on the sticker is 2061-001189-190 EB

The board has a slightly different sequence printed on it: 2060-001189-003 REV A

And on the front it lists:
Model: WD800JB-00ETA0
Date: 10 AUG 2003
DCM: DSCHCTJAH

I'm rather keen to try and grab the data off it if I can find a board.
