Like you, I have been searching non stop for PCB board for this drive with firmware version 3.02 however
 
 
If your problem is related to one of the diodes burning out on the PCB board near the power supply then I have just found the fix
 
 
It took me 3 seconds

Break the Diode completely so it is not connected and wha hey! The drive is now powering on
 
 
This won't work if this was the problem but try it if you have a burning diode
