I snapped the sata retention clip off the back of this drive and need to replace it but don't want to replace the whole drive.

Model - WD1500AHFD-00RAR4
SN - WMAP41645383
MFG Date - 5/23/2007

Not sure what other info to provide to help.

One other piece of info that looks like it may help, there's a series of numerbers/letters and rev on the bottom of the PCB...

2060-701453-000 REV A

maybe you should also provide them with Main Controller IC(the biggest chip) and HDD Motor Combo IC.
