My advice would be to upgrade your system. Even if you get a new chip, it is only going to make it look like it is fine for about 2 months max. So it is better you upgrade your system completely and get rid of this problem once and for all.

This only way that you will be able to get the data from it, will be if you are lucky enough to get some spares or a working PCB from an old or unused HDD that someone has thrown away. There is very less change for it and I feel helpless with none I know has this model.

You can buy a hot air rework station, then swap the bios yourself, don't solder it on backwards, it's not difficult!
