Ok an update people, i ordered a pcb which never turned up so i got my money back,

I put the drive back together now and noticed when i slot it into the media drive bay the computer just shuts dow ...

I did get my money back in the end but like you said very very slow to respond to emails,

Has anyone used this service? i ordered a pcb board on the 26th which got cancelled. Then i got an email asking me to reorder and was given a dicount code which again dosen't work.
