Western Digital does not sell parts for their drives. You have to find a drive that matches yours as close as possible. Do you have e-bay in your country? |

The partition information is stored on the disk surface. If you did a simple fry job replacing your PCB with a matching PCB will get your drive going again.
You have to match Model#, P/N, HDA P/N, C ... |

Take the drive out of the case and plug it directly into your computer.
They just stick normal desktop hard drives in those external boxes.
Make sure you set the jumper to slave. |
